We are a new vertical-living community located in the heart of Charlotte's vibrant Uptown area.  The contemporary design of the TradeMark building and the proximity of the building to 'the Square' assure that we will be a compatible and integral part of the exciting future of the Queen City.
 

The TradeMark COA website is sponsored by the TradeMark Condominium Owners' Association (COA).  It is offered for the benefit of our residents.  Henderson Properties, Inc., our community management company, maintains the website software and uses the website as a way of communicating between its offices and TradeMark residents.    Website editors who live in the TradeMark building also use the website to provide additional information that is timely and relevant for residents of the building.

Any visitor to the TradeMark COA website is welcome to browse through all of the unrestricted sections.  TradeMark residents (owners and renters) who register with the site will be able to view additional, restricted sections of the website, including news relating to our building and community, building alerts and notices, various scheduling calendars, and links to other useful websites.  As the website continues to grow, new features will be added.
